Please arrive 5 minutes before or on time to your appointment. Being excessively early or late adds pressure on both me and my client I may be working with at the time.
I will allow a 15 minute late period, however this will be cutting into your appointment time meaning your design may be simplified.
Arrivals after 15 minutes will be considered a no show and will have to reschedule their appointment. This may result to extra charges.
A minimum 24hr notice period must be given if a client wishes to change or cancel their original appointment. Additional charges may occur otherwise.
A £10 booking fee will be taken when you book. This is to secure your slot and will be non refundable to cover any lost cost if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or no show.
Your booking fee can be transferred if you have to reschedule once, but you will have to repay the fee if you try to reschedule again.
Due to long working hours my dog Bella may be present during our appointments. Remain assured the environment remains clean and sanitised. Please make me aware of any allergies or this would make you uncomfortable 24hrs before your appointment.
